weight loss struggles

A friend of mine and I started walking in March. We walk two miles. We hate it, but we struggle on every morning except Sunday. We meet at the park at 7 am... I hate the park, it's evil. :) My stomach is getting smaller, but my thighs and my butt... well, they're still lurking around. I was suppose to be slim and sexy by now. I eat okay, but once a month I have the chocolate binge. Last year, I'd lost about 45 lbs. I thought I had it going on. Then I began the, "I can have one of these today." Well you definately can't do that everyday. I gained 12 lbs back. whine whine whine... Why can't I just eat what I want? I guess I could, but it doesn't look as good on your body. Who invented this diet thing anyway? It rained all night last night. My first thought was, "we don't have to walk tomorrow". Isn't that sad? I guess I would enjoy it if I saw more results. Any suggestions? cya later.

Last year I created a blog for tracking my diet and eating habits (and the negative thinking that went along with it, argh!) But I lost 6 lbs, even with some binging happening (chocolate is my downfall also!) I think having the accountability of knowing I needed to post helped keep me on track. It might be fun for you too :) Hugs, you can do it. Two miles is durn good!!!!
